The staff were helpful and friendly. The room wasn't very soundproof; conversations outside could still be heard inside. The shower gel and shampoo bottles in the room seemed quite old, rusty, and the pumps didn't work. Otherwise, everything was fine. The bathroom was clean, spacious, and had both a heater and a fan. Early check-in was also helpful. Worth experiencing.
