The hotel is very close to all the major attractions, but it 's not the most accessible. From the main roads, you have to go downstairs once if you come from one direction, and twice if you come from another. It can feel like a lot if you're carrying a some bags all the way from the bus terminal about 1100 m away. The hotel itself feels very nice, I can't believe we got it for the price that we did. The staff was very helpful, too. You can borrow an umbrella or poncho for when it rains. And if your clothes still get wet, there was a working hairdryer in the room that we used on our clothes. We had a decent view angle, but it was often obscured by clouds/fog, so maybe don't fret if your room doesn't have a good view. Like so many hotels, the air conditioner has a very bright LED display, so if you need a room that 's cool and dark to sleep well like I do, it can lead to nights of light sleeping. Still, I was very satisfied. It feels nice, and the staff are helpful.

I got free upgrade to luxury room with a window, spacious room and bathroom. It 's easy to find and near to Sun Plaza station also not noisy at all.

The staffs are friendly, they can speak English. We arrived earlier, so the staff allow us to check in earlier. In Hotel there're shower if you want front office take a shower. The hotel is really near to SaPa station, just walk 200 meter. And you can walk around.

The hotel was great the location the room but the reception can't speak English I'm already book the room a day before I'm coming late they said I don't have a room until I checked by myself and I found my name at they booking list.

Tidak sesuai keterangan bahwa resepsionis 24 jam, karena saat saya tiba di hotel jam 04.30 pagi, lobby kosong & tidak ada resepsionis. Akhirnya saya & tamu lain menunggu di lobby yg gelap karena resepsionis baru datang jam 06.00 pagi. Akhirnya saya check in jam 06.00 pagi lalu langsung check out jam 09.00 pagi. Resepsionisnya juga kurang ramah.
