Best hotel staff I’ve ever met. Every single person was so kind and helpful, going out of their way to help you even if you are getting into a cab they would leave the lobby area just to help with luggage or opening doors. The room was lovely, modern, clean and water was always topped up everyday. This hotel is one of the reasons my stay in this city has been so enjoyable! Would come back to this hotel for sure.

The staff were friendly, the amenities were clean and lovely. Amazing breakfast buffet! One of the best we had whilst in Vietnam. Within walking distance of a lot of tourist attractions. Would recommend to stay here.

Clean room but not suitable for families . Booked room for 2 adults and 2 kids but they provided only one double bed and one single sofa bed . No bed for one child . Bed s very uncomfortable also cold swimming pool .

Staff were very accommodating after booking our room that Hotels.com stayed could accommodate 2 adults and 2 children we were given a room with a double bed and a sofa (not a fold out sofa couch as I assumed there would be). After multiple discussions with reception eventually the manager came up to our room and found a slightly larger room that had space for a roll out bed to go with the double and the sofa. Had I have known this would be the situation we would not have booked the Novotel. It was not suitable for my family. It took about an hour from check in to having our room sorted which was frustrating.
