I would stay here again. My stay on the higher level of the building was the best choice for me in Da Nang. No mold in my room! My room had good Wi-Fi. The beach and all necessities are nearby. The receptionists and cleaning ladies are doing their job professionally well! Being kind and helpful towards their guests is also an important part of it. Recommended.

Stayed for six days. Clean and well-presented room. Always hot water available and the staff were excellent and very helpful. Also, excellent value for money, would recommend.

It was a great experience staying at this hotel. The first impression is the open, friendly staff. The spirit of hospitality and listening to customers and being ready to flexibly solve problems in the most positive way. I am really satisfied with all the services here. The staff were friendly, but the soundproofing wasn't very good. Even on the 6th floor, you could clearly hear vendors selling goods downstairs, and you could hear toilet flushing and conversations from the next room. They even left torn towels in the bathroom. The air conditioning was intermittent, sometimes working and sometimes not 🙂, and it turned off by itself in the middle of the night, making it unbearably hot.

I arrived early and asked if I could check in early. The staff said it was possible but with an additional 30% charge. Then I went to the shared bathroom and it was dirty and full of mosquitoes. My initial experience with the service here was terrible.

The elevator smells bad, the motorbikes rented at the hotel smell bad, consume a lot of gas, run erratically, and cost the same as renting a VinEvo electric scooter for 150k VND a day, with discounts for multi-day rentals. The room lacks many amenities: only a TV, but it's not a smart TV and doesn't have a remote control. The built-in hairdryer in the bathroom is unreliable. The soundproofing is poor. The only good thing is it's close to the beach, and the reception staff are pleasant and friendly.

The staff were lovely and enthusiastic. When rooms were available, the hotel offered early check-in. The hotel's location was super close to the beach, very convenient, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were cleaned daily and were very clean. However, the soundproofing was quite poor.
