The hotel is very professional and attentive, with many facilities such as swimming pool, bar, gym, dvu providing towels when going to the beach, renting a motorbike ... extremely nice sea view, large rooms, comfortable, cool and clean. Staff are friendly, courteous and speak English, Russian and Chinese very well. Will definitely come back!

We actually extended our stay. Our first room, a double with no view, had an unpleasant smell in the bathroom - it smelled strongly of mothballs. The shower door wouldnt close, but this was rapidly fixed by management. The room was very clean and comfortable despite the smell and we were impressed with the responsiveness of the management, who worked hard to ensure that our stay was pleasant. We booked a seaview room for our extension and were given a seaview apartment! This amazing apartment has a kitcenette and a washing machine.. it was spacious and bright with a wonderful view. Best of all, no smell! Aside from the rooms, this hotel features an excellent breakfast buffet, an intimate rooftop pool area, and a location just steps away from food, shopping, and the beach. We are already planning to return; we will book at least the seaview room when we do.

Location of the Hotel is excellent: Close to the beach and not far from the action! Sadly: During my stay there was very loud noise from construction works in the Hotel. 7 Days a week, starting at 7:00 in the morning until about 19:00hrs in the evening. Also on Sundays 7 to 7. And: Like always in ASIA: Extremelly Recless and Noisy Chinese guests, that leave their Room Doors open and talk (scream) with their friends in the other rooms! Very loud!
A swimming pool on the roof is very comfortable and nice.
The "bar" is never visited. Nobody ever goes there. Why? A young MAN is "bartender" and nobody is interested to go to the 17 floor to sit there alone (at the end of the world) This is the manager´s fault: He should have live music once a week, or a magician, or something (theatre?) for the kids, but he is not really interested in this bar!
The prices from the Hotel-Spa and the real prices are not the same: For example "Hair-cut" according to the Hotel Price List is 50.000VND ($ 2.5) and in reality it is 100.000 plus "shampooing" for 60.000 . (in Sum 160.000VND $ 8,00) ..
But I still recommend this Hotel! Very good!

Hotel was close to beach and eating areas. Inside area in reception looked really flash. Unfortunately due to street out front being dug up we arrived to find taxi couldnt get in to hotel so we had to walk our suitcases thru filth, mud and dirt to get to entrance of hotel. Causing our brand new suitcase wheels to break. Reception staff couldnt speak english hardly and appeared rude and disinterested in us as guests. Bell boy tried his best to welcome us. Our bathroom had mould on walls of shower and a foul smell coming from drain which went right thru room. Our window opened up to see a concrete wall 5 cm from room so no fresh air in room. Pool area was tiny with fake grass and nowhere really to sit and relax as area was to small. Wouldnt stay there again.

I stayed here with my mother for 1 week. nha trang itself is highly populated with Chinese and Russian tourists and so the English language is a little hard to come by, however the hotel staff do speak English and we're extremely helpful if anything we needed! Nothing was too much!
The room was cleaned daily and was spotless!
The breakfast buffet is very extensive!
There are many little shops and places to eat right outside, however if you want to get closer to the main area of the city, it is around 20-30mins walking.
My only dislike was the pool area, it USB very clean and well maintained however due to the building work next door, it is not a relaxin area at the moment. However there is a massively pool resort straight across the road in the beach, which offers free swimming and free evening entertainment. Of course you need to lay for a sun lounger if you want to sit around.

Stayed here two years ago and had a fantastic stay. Was placed on a level higher up and not facing a building so I got the morning sunrise. This time around I was placed on a lower level facing the side of a building. I could also smell cigarette smoke the entire stay and extremely loud construction from 7AM until 6PM. It's all really luck of the draw with the room you get. That said the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Staff was super good, we arrived early and they noticed we were very tired and offered us to sleep in the bunk bed room until 12 when we could check into our room. Overall clean and breakfast was very big, lots of options. And right across the street is a pool resort plus the ocean.

The hotel is located very close to the beach in Nha Trang. At first you would note that is situated down a small traditional Vietnamese side street. But do not worry about this as it is very busy and safe. The hotel it's self is very clean and well kept.
But the main reason for the high standard that the hotel keeps are the "Staff". They were incredibly courteous and helpful. I have never been treated so wonderfully. They were simply amazing.
The facilities present are a roof top pool (Small), restaurant, Landry and room service. Breakfast is not what I would call a "traditional breakfast". It is very different. However, if you request anything it is almost certain that they will attend your need.
The location of Nha Trang, is on a beautiful long white sand beach. The main tourists, at the hotel are predominantly "Russian" with the remainder being Chinese.
Overall, the hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Paris nha trang hotel was an average experience. The room is alright and clean which was good, however the cleaning ladies come to clean your room very early in the morning and when we put the 'do not disturb sign' they talked REALLY loudly outside our room at 7am waking us up anyway.
Also not in the area of great restaurants and bars.
Overall average stay.
