The room space and room layout are very cute. But the hygiene issue is really not ok, I hope the owner gives advice to the housekeeping staff, the room is dirty and has a lot of trash. When I checked in, the floor that had just been mopped was still very wet, the toilet was really dirty, there were hairpins left on the bed from a previous guest, the pillow and bedsheet had a lot of hair on it, making me wonder if the bedsheet was dirty. Has it been replaced yet? There's a lot of trash on the floor and the carpet at the table. We had to pick up and clean up trash in this area. Because we've already paid for the room, we're happy, but we're really not satisfied.

Never seen such a bad place! horribly dirty! Thanks to cleaning it up, it's left as it is, with a crooked attitude. Hotels like this should be closed. I've been using traveloka for ten years but this is the first time I've encountered such a bad hotel!

I saw a photo posted with an elevator and a large room, but when I booked on the travalka app, I was given a loft room, like a student dormitory room. Although it had a refrigerator, air conditioner, and fan, it should only be called a dorm room. boarding house but not qualified as a hotel as the name suggests.

I paid to rent this place and then got angry. Obviously I booked it to have a parking lot. When I arrived, there was no parking lot, I called the hotel owner to find a parking lot, I had to pay the fee. They just finished the story, they couldn't make a parking lot and they didn't take any responsibility. I will definitely never come back. Anyone who intends to stay here, please take note.

Not to mention the crookedness in the business attitude of this hotel, just evaluate the condition of the room as well as the motorbike rental from this hotel, one way or another. - The room smelled like the bed sheets and blankets hadn't been washed for a long time, plus there was quite a lot of dust covering the surface of the blanket, old. - The window behind the canvas painting hanging there had quite a lot of cobwebs because a corner of the painting had accidentally come loose, creepy. - The table and table legs were loose. - This is a type of motel with a renovated attic, many places on the attic were dusty and dark. - The room was not equipped with a hair dryer, which was acceptable. But, when asking to borrow, they said this and that like somewhere else they could lend it, then they cursed behind their backs. - The hotel's rental car was very old, there were many places in the trunk, the frame was rusty. One car was running dead in the middle of the road even though they had previously checked that it was very difficult to start, but they still rented it. Another car drank gas like water, the gas gauge was inaccurate so I had to push the car to find a gas station several times. They tried to change cars, but the new car was not any better, the seat was about to fall off the car. I didn't want to argue with them, not because they were right or reasonable. This shouldn't be called a hotel, it should be called a family-run motel with a lack of conscience.
