The room is ok, fully equipped, but the service and support are terrible, the guests are confused and don't know how to check in/out, no one to support, the support person is the building's security guard??? the communication is abrupt. Luckily I found a place to rent a car outside and they were very enthusiastic and warm, why is this so strange?

Hello Sir/Madam,
First of all, I apologize if the experience was not as expected.
You arrived at 5am - which is completely outside of the standard working hours. Our model is Condotel - a privately owned apartment. Our staff also needs time to rest, so if you need to check in early, just let us know in advance so we can arrange support.
However, we did not receive any notification from you before your arrival. When we saw the missed call, we proactively called back to support early check-in (with the same fee as when booking), but you refused because "you no longer need to check in early" :)
Because you arrived early, the person who could have supported you at that time was the building security guard - who is nearly 60 years old. If he spoke a bit briefly, I hope you will understand, because he is not a full-time receptionist.
I did not inform you in advance, and when I called at 5am and wondered why no one was there to support me, it was really difficult for us to understand what kind of “scenario” to support you in.
I hope to have the opportunity to serve you on time next time so that you can have a more complete experience.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank you for taking the time to respond and evaluate our service. The fact that you remained objective and gave a score of 7.5, even in an unexpected situation, shows that you are a thoughtful and caring person - and that is something we really appreciate.
Regarding early check-in, according to standard regulations, check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. However, when you arrived early at 6:00 a.m., our staff still tried their best to support you, even though the system did not have any available rooms at that time. The reason we could not arrange the room right away was not because of lack of goodwill, but because we wanted to ensure the quality of the room and the experience were up to standard for you - something that if we were hasty, we might not have satisfied you otherwise.
During that process, I learned that you mentioned that you would rate 1 point, which put quite a bit of pressure on us. But then, looking back at the 7.5 score you left, I believe you not only have a heart, but also a vision - because a person who understands will always look at the problem from many angles before judging.
Hopefully next time, we will have the opportunity to serve you better - when both conditions and timing are more favorable. And I hope that your next trips will always be smooth, full of memorable experiences.

If you come early, rent/book a car to have breakfast and go sightseeing. Because the entire APEC MANDALA building does not have a receptionist, there are only security guards to guide you. The security guards, whether in the lobby or the parking garage, are all civilized, polite, and very cute. The rooms are beautiful, clean, everything is ok, the soundproofing is also quite good because you can still hear the outside sounds from inside, but whether you can hear the inside sounds from outside, I'm not sure 👉🏻👈🏻.
Oh, when I went, there was no daily room cleaning service, on the second to last day here, 2 HK ladies came to knock on the door and asked to clean the room.
In front of the building is a walking park, in the evening there are also some guys who rent scooters to drive around, they are friendly, enthusiastic, and extremely lovely.
For food, I chose to eat at local restaurants, luckily there are delicious restaurants near the building. Oh, if you rent a motorbike outside, just leave it overnight in the parking lot in front of the building, it's only 5k/night. If you leave it in the basement, remember to register with the building to get free parking ✌🏻

- But when opening the door, there was a strong smell of the sewer pipe leaking from the kitchen.
- The air conditioner was not cool, the fan was loud when turned on. There was a mosquito that took a long time to swat. In general, I couldn't sleep that night because of the heat and the noise of the fan.

Not worth the money. I booked a sea view but when I arrived, it was a "diagonal sea view", specifically 90 degrees 😑, I went out to the balcony and looked to the right to see it, I didn't see any note when booking that it was diagonal to the sea. The room was as small as a hotel room but the price was almost double. When I entered the room, it didn't smell good, the view was of the rooms on the other side of the building, it looked stuffy. The room wasn't cleaned every day. The view was so bad that I didn't open the window but in the afternoon I saw a spider on the mattress, when I woke up, my hand was bitten by something and it was swollen 😑
