Everything is fine until I came back here to visit my friends after checking out and move to others hostel. The owner or the receptionist (the lady) she claimed that I am a worker of other hostel and come here to spy on hers. I try to prove that i'm a solo traveller but she wouldn't believe me. She said that i'm not welcomed here! Then she had been impolite and rude, she didn't frankly ask me to leave but she glanced and kept talking like i'm a real evil eventhough she had no proof. Honestly, that's an awkward situation which shown her unprofessional behavior when treating me disrespectfully. Worst experience ever. I will never stay at this hostel again and of course I will never suggest this for anyone.

Kitchen staff named Baby is friendly, the girl cleaning the room (wearing glasses) is very neatly organized, everyone is like family, the room is clean and airy, the tolet is always clean, everything is good, more than expected. wait for the money to spend (free breakfast daily, cook delicious, varied)

I think with a price of only 55-90K / dorm, I can't ask too much. But as a traveling person, I rarely see in foreign countries that they distinguish customer care services from one person to another. But I feel unsatisfied with the cold service of this hostel. There are too many rules, not for outbound vehicles. And because I put it on here, I can't get breakfast while I can give my friend another place. All are objective factors, but it makes me feel too uninterested in this place, although there are many beautiful corners. I will still recommend to my friends, but I will say all the above notes.
