The hotel is beautiful, with lake view. The room is new, with conditioner, + 01 points. I booked a double-size bed, but when I checked in, I received a twin bed room, - 01 point. In my room, no have extra item (water, noodle...).

The hotel dynamically responds to customer needs, nice view rooms, friendly reception, room rates oki bonus more central location. Next time will come back to the hotel :) I am sorry that I have to work suddenly before the end of the rent.
The room is much nicer on the picture :)

Book a hotel in last minute & really satisfied: location, rooms are too good for a price too great (I book can be> 300k / a 5 night) nice little hotel, Room amenities are really beautiful & exquisite than the hotel that I book for 500k nearby. Staff are also cute, the thing is that in Sapa hotel staff do not have the habit of carrying luggage for guests. I am female, go alone, luggage is quite a lot, but hardly see any hotel staff help with luggage! In addition, breakfast is a bit boring, only bread! Overall, I am quite happy to be here with a good price!
