Seventeen Vung Tau Hotel

The hotel is located in an alley but close to the center. The hotel is dark, old, with trash and leaves all over the hallway. Checked in on the 4th floor, there were c**ks all over the smelly stairs. The room was dirty and not like the picture. When we checked in, our group was the only guest, so we were scared and decided to book a different room. We didn't think that with a hotel like a haunted house, Traveloka would still let guests book for 800-900k/room like that. At that time, our group was too scared to think much and walked out of that place, so there are no pictures.

lần đầu đi khách sạn tệ như vậy phòng giường mền nhăn nhúm,vỏ bao cao su còn dưới sàn,điện thoại và ti vi không tín hiệu,máy lạnh thì lạnh kém chảy nươc như thác.Nói chung là rất tệ.

Chưa bao giờ đi cái khách sạn nào tệ đến vậy, vừa hôi, dơ mà máy lạnh có cũng như ko, nước nóng không có. Do khuya quá tặc lưỡi ở đại rồi sáng đi luôn. Chỉ 1 lần và không bao giờ quay lại An ủi một chút là đứa em lễ tân nhiệt tình. Tóm lại: khách sạn quá tệ để nghỉ dưỡng khi đi du lịch

Phòng dơ,rất dơ,nước không có nước nóng,nước thì có mùi tanh,nệm thì cứng,tất cả thiết bị đã cũ,nước ngọt để trong phòng thì hết hsd từ t2/2023 nhìn chai nước là đã biết khâu vệ sinh của khách sạn tệ tới mức nào,đứng nên ở đây phí tiền

Phòng đẹp, nhân viên nhiệt tình, khách sạn có không gian bơi lội và ăn uống bbq. View núi đẹp, mình nghĩ khách sạn nên nâng cấp 1 số thứ thì sẽ đắt khách hơn. Nhất định sẽ quay trở lại

Khách sạn nằm trong con đường nhỏ thông ra Hoàng Hoa Thám rất nhiều chỗ ăn uống. Giá hợp lý. Khuôn viên mát mẻ do có nhiều cây, buổi tối cũng rất yên tĩnh. Phòng nhỏ xinh thôi nhưng vì có cửa sổ lớn đón nắng nên cũng không cảm giác ngộp. Tuy nhiên sàn trong phòng chưa sạch lắm vì khách cũ đi dính nước biển nhưng vệ sinh không lau kĩ nên rất rít chân. Bù lại nhân viên lễ tân cực thân thiện và hỗ trợ hết mình từ việc thuê xe đến cho mượn thêm bình đun nước.

Khách sạn decor màu sắc dễ thương, đèn vàng, phòng đủ tiện nghi cơ bản. Nệm hơi cứng, mền hơi ngắn. Wifi không vào được. Định sẽ quay lại nhưng wifi không oke nên thôi.

When I opened the door, there was a very unpleasant smell. I thought that if the room was closed, it would go away but the smell did not go away. In the bathroom, there were 3 towels hanging on the shelf, beer cans were thrown around under the bed, the room was not prepared with bottled water, and the bed was too hard. The soundproofing of the room was extremely bad. The house next door sang karaoke from about 3pm to nearly 7pm, making it really impossible for me to rest. At 7:00 p.m., I was forced to check out even though I stayed for about 4-5 hours. I got feedback from the evening shift staff and was told that "it probably won't be cleaned." I recorded a clip and told the staff that I would 1 star rating

Khách sạn dơ, phòng không được dọn dẹp khi giao cho khách.

The staff is not friendly , the concept is hard , the swimming pool is dirty , The price is high , the corridor is dirty . Should not be placed

Hồ bơi cực dơ không như trên hình

Hồ bơi nước rất dơ không sử dụng được. Phòng máy lạnh không mát nổi rất nóng . Giường thì cát. Nước ngọt khách sạn để trong phòng hết date gần 2 năm trời gia đình mình có Lỡ uống 1 ngụm mà bị đau bụng 2 ngày trời. Nói chung sẽ không quay lại🙂

Giường ngủ hôi, mềm rất bụi và gây ngứa. không có vòi sen tắm, xà bông tắm, gội để 2 chai không. Hồ bơi hư, không sử dụng được. Cách âm cực tệ.

The reception staff are very friendly. But the bed and pillows are old. The bed is very hard, (hard mattress, hard pillow), sleep 1 night wake up aching body. Rent 3 nights pain enough 3 nights. You and I go together. Hope the hotel owner changes the bed. Because that part is very important for tourists.

I plan to go to Vung Tau quite urgently, booking hotels near the sea are all full, so I look for the vicinity. Due to the update, I booked the room on the wrong day (u is my brain), I didn't know I booked it wrong. When I came to check-in, the manager told me that I ordered the wrong order yesterday, but just arrived today. I'm dying because I'm afraid I don't have a room. Very quickly, the hotel supported me to change to 2 other rooms, the wrong room booked at the wrong hotel supported me to cancel the room and guided me very enthusiastically to contact Traveloka to get my money back for the wrong booking date. Then Traveloka contacted the hotel and the hotel confirmed the cancellation, so I got a 100% refund. Thank you very much to the manager and the lovely receptionist. When I got to the room, I saw it like the picture posted, the room is compact, decorated cute. Another plus point is that I can borrow more pillows and blankets, the wet towel brought down the room attendant also changed a new set of towels for me, too cute for the service here. At the top is a swimming pool, colorful tables and chairs for a bbq party or virtual living. Well, the pool doesn't have a flamingo float, so don't be too surprised when you don't see it haha. The hotel is quite quiet, nearby there is an old house or something to visit, opposite there is a shop for renting maxi dresses and virtual living accessories too ;) Thank you Seventeen for giving me a very happy and fulfilling vacation. family over the past 2 days.

Gia Đình mình đặt ở 02 đêm. Ngoài sự nhiệt tình của Em Trai nhân viên Lễ Tân thì Gia Đình mình không hài lòng ở những điểm sau: 1. Phòng tuy mới nhưng mùi sơn rất hôi. Nếu được xịt hoặc đốt nến hương thì sẽ ổn hơn. 2. Nhà vệ sinh: bồn cầu không được chà rửa cẩn thận (còn cả phân sau nắp đậy). 3. Khoá cửa từ không được kiểm tra định kỳ nên khi gia đình mình ở đã xảy ra việc bị nhốt bên ngoài do khoá hết pin. 4. Nơi để xe ngoài sân không có mái che nên buổi trưa xe rất nóng. 5. Bể bơi lầu 5 rất dơ, nước đóng rong rêu.

Phòng sạch sẽ, rộng rãi. Giá cả hợp lý

nhân viên phục vụ kém, nhà vệ sinh không sạch, hồ bơi càng tệ hại, xa biển. thật tế khách sạn không như hình và mô tả.
