I am in Deluxe, the room is small, comfortable and clean. Room service is also very enthusiastic, breakfast buffe, though few dishes but delicious, the trip is great and many memories. The hotel is close to the center of Tam Dao within a few steps.

The room was too damp, the old air conditioner wasn't cooling properly and was too hot, and the bathroom fixtures were outdated. A pretty bad experience for the price.

I arrived at 1:45 PM and there wasn't a soul in the reception area. I waited for over 20 minutes and still no one came until I called the hotline, at which point someone finally came out. The staff were unprofessional, and check-in was very slow. The room was damp, the walls smelled musty and damp, and there was no hot water until I asked for it. Overall, the hotel was terrible and didn't deserve a 3-star rating. The breakfast was okay.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, but I went in December, on a foggy day. There was never any hot water in the room. I had to boil water, and even that wasn't enough for showering and bathing :(

The hotel facilities are old, compared to the price, it is quite expensive. The standard room is small, I stayed on the 6th floor, there is a window but it opens to another wall. So it is quite stuffy. Breakfast has few dishes, not delicious. Location near the center, convenient to travel.

Weekdays are quite empty, only 1-2 rooms are rented. There are few customers so there is no breakfast buffet, the staff will cook a bowl of pho and bring it to your room. The room has no view, the power is out in the morning. Generally expensive compared to the price.
