The room is exactly like the picture and the view is super beautiful! Clean without any strange smell, the hotel managers are very nice, I have a very good impression of the hotel. Customer support is very enthusiastic and the hotel's location is also very convenient to go to famous places. If I come back to Hue again, I will definitely book again! No virtual seeding🥰

Phòng bật máy điều hoà không lên, tivi không kết nối được.18h phải trả phòng đi đến chỗ khác. (Chỉ có nhân viên lễ tân nữ ok, còn lại rất kém)

Dù cùng ở Huế cùng thời gian, cùng thời tiết nhưng khách sạn này bị nồm, nền nhà ướt sũng. Hôm sau chuyển sang khách sạn khác gần đó, thơm tho và sạch sẽ vô cùng. Lúc đầu tưởng do Huế bị vậy, hoá ra là chủ yêu do khách sạn thôi.

Khách sạn này nằm ngay vị trí trung tâm của Huế, đi bộ một tí là đến sông Hương và phố đi bộ, việc đi lại khá thuận tiện, và giá thuê cũng mềm. Tuy nhiên, phòng mình ở có hơi cũ, có mùi ẩm và hơi nhiều muỗi. Mong khách sạn sẽ khắc phục tình trạng này. À thêm một điểm nữa là ở đây chủ và nhân viên thân thiện và rất hiếu khách.
