Phòng sạch, gọn. Giá phòng khá tốt. Đón tiếp nhẹ nhàng chu đáo, giá nước rẻ, ở thêm giờ chỉ tính 15k/1h, có nước nóng, máy lạnh đầy đủ. Khách sạn bước ra là có đồ ăn, cà phê... Bún bò Huế giá 35k ăn đậm đà thơm ngon, cà phê 25k bà chủ hiền hòa dễ mến.

Bad service, broken water pipe in the sink, obviously booked a room for 2 people, but the second person came and didn't let me stay, and had an attitude🥴 I extended the room for one more day and reported directly reception, but the hotel owner still knocked on the door and then opened the door of his room to ask. Never experienced such a bad hotel stay

Unfriendly receptionist he can't even speak English and the bathroom is so dirty the door is broken can't even lock when you're inside there is no remote control for television and air condition.

Thanh Son hotel has an airport shuttle service at a cost of 70,000 dong, the waiter cannot speak English but is very trying to understand us with the help of Google Translate, the hotel rooms are good.
