Phòng nghỉ rộng rãi, nhân viên vui vẻ - nhiệt tình. Buổi sáng mình cần đi sớm và được phục vụ xôi ruốc theo yêu cầu để có thể ăn sớm để đi chạy bộ. Khi check out mình quên đồ và được các bạn nhiệt tình kiểm tra và hỗ trợ xử lý. Điểm trừ ở chỗ phòng có mùi - đặc biệt là tủ treo quần áo, điều kiện nhà vệ sinh/phòng tắm không thực sự sạch sẽ. Nước điều hòa chảy vào nhà vệ sinh làm cho nền khi nào cũng bị ướt. Ở phòng tầng 4 nhưng nước vòi hoa sen đã rất yếu.

I book a room with 3 beds. But the nature of the guest is about to have a 2 bed room and add 01 extra mattress. (Maybe because I checked-in at 22:00, you have received all 3-bed rooms)

The room was not very good, but in return the restaurant was also quite cheap and pushed quite a bit, far away from Moc Chau's play area, near every tea hill, light park, and dairy farm.

The receptionist attitude here is not good. I called to fix the door of the reception room and said that I would give up the technique and call twice but I still could not see anyone. At the end of 23h, I could not wait any longer to come directly to the phone and let the people come to see the door. The hotel room is not good: the door is locked and the outside is still open, the air conditioner controller does not install the battery until it is down, the receptionist asks: Is the air conditioner controlled? But while actually not installing the battery. Desk and desk light are not available. Overall I am very unhappy with this place and never come back here.

The image of the room is the Thao Nguyen resort but the reality is different. Old room, hard mattress, bad breakfast. Please correct the actual image of the hotel so that other people are not mistaken as yourself.

Check in and see a bunch of other people's stuff there. Calling new staff up, moving to another room for 2 people but after 3 beds, the light bulb didn't go up, the elevator was slow, didn't deserve 3 stars. That price is better served elsewhere, 8am is out of breakfast, but only 8:30 hours
