The room was airy and cool, close to Xuan Huong Lake, had a cute dog, allowed early check-in, absolutely wonderful.

The room was damp, the room smelled bad, the drawers were moldy and not cleaned, and the sink was also moldy. The water was broken, but it was fixed later. The receptionist was not enthusiastic and proactive in solving the problem.

Thank you for your valuable feedback about our hotel. Upon check-in, we recommended a larger room on a higher floor, but you chose a lower floor room due to your heavy luggage. Dalat experiences heavy rain, so lower-floor rooms are quite humid.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the service at the front desk. When you contacted us about your toilet not working, our staff were available to assist, but we believe your communication was unclear. We will take your feedback into consideration and strive to provide better service.

The main door lock was broken and could not be locked from the inside, the toilet lock was broken, so my friend was locked in it for a long time. Ask the staff to bring the key up to get out, the toilet has a bad smell probably due to a problem with the sewer system
