Cả 3 ngày đều không có nhân viên dọn phòng cho mình, khăn tắm khăn mặt không thay, không fill bàn chải với kem đánh răng. Quá tệ. Thật lòng không muốn quay lại

Receptionist work dishonestly. The guest who came to checkin reported that he had booked and gave a booking code that quoted a double price, and then explained that price for a 2 bed 4ng room while I was alone and booked the room in advance. Although sorry but I am not satisfied with the way of working at all, Management should work carefully with their employees!
