Absolutely loved our stay here. Somehow we didn't expect this hotel to be so luxurious, so we were very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious, their gardens are beautiful, the pool much bigger that it appears in photos. There were always enough chairs by the pool and on the beach.
The staffs goes above and beyond - starting with the reception, and finishing with the bar manager Fias, who was very friendly and helpful.
We also enjoyed the jacuzzi with sauna and steam room.
Perfect location - it is quiet and romantic, but a short walk from lively beach bars and restaurant.
Breakfast was superb, lots of fresh food, lovely ambience in the restaurant with gentle background music.
Can't wait to go back.

Very central location for the island. Close to the free bus route, plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Hotel was good, no issues. I wouldn't say 5* but a very good 4 * in my opinion. Overall a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was decent with plenty of options. The pool was nice and connects to the private/public beach.

I really enjoyed the beach which was perfect. Also the pool is really nice.
All you need is in walking distance from this hotel, whether you go left to the night market (15mins walking) or right to some cool restaurants and bars (we preferred right by the way 😉
The rooms are big with a comfy bed.

This is a somewhat gaudy, gold-everywhere humongous resort that I chose only because it had a Vietnamese name and I figured I would like to support a VN owned hotel. When I arrived from the airport my room was not ready so I went to their restaurant and ordered fresh spring rolls (made with rice paper) served with dipping sauce. When I bit into the roll I tasted something not right, which I felt was the lettuce and/or the shrimp. I should've stopped right there but I continued to eat it, thinking that maybe the taste was normal. It wasn't- the food was bad, and in a couple of hrs I got terrible GI symptoms. I was then given a room and it was clean, nice, but the bed was as hard as the floor. Having cramps and stomach upset, I had to stay in that day and night but couldn't sleep because of the rock-hard bed & GI distress. In the middle of the night I had to approach the front desk and ask for some remedy. They showed me another room- same rock-hard bed. The next morning they agreed to refund my remaining 3 days and I went off to get another place to stay- which was Seashells Resort- 100% better. So, even though I was sick and disgruntled about the bed, Thien Thanh did come through with a refund- so thanks for that. Also- on the positive- their pool is spectacular! If you're considering staying here I'd advise be careful with their food and expect a rock-hard bed. There are a lot of places very close to this resort you can walk to for food and a pharmacy next door-handy for me.

Hotel was a perfect choice for our family vacation to Phu Quoc. It was conveniently located with many restaurants nearby and accessible to the beach. Breakfast buffet was delicious and it had a good variety. Staff were polite and helpful. Airport transfer was prompt. I cannot say enough amazing things about this property. We pulled up to the resort in our complimentary airport transfer and were in awe at the beauty of this resort. The staff was outstanding and accommodating to everything There are very inexpensive golf cart style rides to the night market. The pool and beach are breathtaking. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We were able to have our laundry done in town within a few hours. The hotel helped us rent motorbikes for 2 days of fun around the island. Without a doubt, the best accommodation through our entire 22 days in Vietnam!
