I chose TTR to stay for a business trip in Da Lat. I had a bit of a problem, but the staff and managers at TTR were very good at receiving and handling the problems that guests encountered during their stay here very quickly. TTR central has new rooms arranged like an apartment. Customer care service, you guys are very hard to listen to suggestions without pushing responsibility, solving problems quickly, the most advantage is recognizing errors, apologizing to customers and solving problems in 5 minutes. A very good place to stay when coming to Dalat.

My family let the baby go out to experience the land. The location of the hotel is good because it is right in the center, especially next to Con Cung store (convenient for shopping for children)… Rooms are new, clean, small but fully equipped. The lobby is a very convenient coffee shop if you move early and need a cup of instant coffee. Coming to Da Lat, it is recommended that people with small children hire a private driver to cover the whole day. I found a super-psychic and enthusiastic driver. The 4n3d experience here is quite good, the room is new, the lights are nice, the kitchen appliances are good, the refrigerator is big, but dusty, the feeling is not vacuumed when cleaning the room, the curtains, sofa and desk cabinet are quite dusty, at first check-in walked into the floor with old customer hair and forgot to cover the pillowcase, I reminded and the sisters did help later, I don't appreciate the housekeeping service, but because the room is beautiful and the staff members also dth should ignore it (but need to be cleaned up more carefully). Balcony with street view, standing water. If the cleaning quality is improved, it will probably be great. The common lounge with the ground floor coffee shop is quite convenient and the water is good value for money, the restaurant is luxurious and spacious. The front desk staff is ok, explaining the guest's questions very gently when talking. In short, I rate 4 stars for all, and need to comment on the quality of cleaning (need more vacuuming to make the room cleaner) because the room price is quite high, so the quality needs to be improved to match.

I booked a King Studio room for more than 1 million/night for 3 days. 1. The furniture is degraded because it is made of cheap materials, the hanging table falls off the wall, the desk drawer cannot be closed, it just floats out on its own which is very inconvenient 2. The hygiene is very poor, the floor full of dust and dirt, the edges of the walls have not been cleaned for a long time and are covered with dirt, the toilet is also very dirty... the glass is not clean, dust and water have formed into large patches that look very scary 3 The hotel was newly built but the construction was quite careless. Because the hotel had a power outage, I had to take the stairs to discover this. The hallways were full of dust and dirt, and the emergency exit lights fell out of the walls in many places. ... not bright. 4. Parking is limited, there is not enough space to park, it is very inconvenient when staying and traveling 5. Although the staff has a friendly attitude, they do not have the professional skills to do the job, I request to change room. Received a simple answer: "No room" and no accompanying sentence, as if to ignore it, so I had to ask a third time before telling me to clean it again. I blame the hotel manager and owner here, not the staff at all. 6. The hotel is located close to the road so opening the door is very noisy. I write this here so you can consider when choosing to stay here.

Mình đã ở đây 5 ngày 4 đêm, trước khi đến mình có đọc nhận xét phàn nàn về vấn đề vệ sinh phòng, trang thiết bị… nên cũng lăn tăn nhiều. Trải nghiệm của mình là mọi thứ rất tốt, các bạn nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và dễ thương, mình có yêu cầu bình nấu nước, bàn ủi các bạn cầm lên rất nhanh chóng. Vệ sinh phòng cũng sạch sẽ, đúng là chăn mền cần ủi phẳng phiu hơn nhưng cũng không vấn đề gì, phòng cách âm tốt. Khách sạn có dịch vụ thuê xe máy, xe đưa rước sân bay trọn gói.

Khách sạn đẹp theo phong cách trẻ trung. Vị trí gần chợ Đà Lạt nên cũng rất tiện di chuyển. View thành phố đẹp. Có quán cà phê chill chill ở sảnh chờ.

9/10 points. Extremely comfortable experience, friendly receptionist, if you have a room, you will check in immediately. The room is clean. The first day I arrived, the cold water was turned off, but after calling 5 minutes, someone came to fix it. The only minus point is that it's a bit far from the market and can't walk, but because it's open 24/24, renting a motorbike can solve everything.
