Clean rooms, happy and sociable staff. Every time I come to Phu Quoc I stay here. Near the night market too. Next time I go, I will book a room here again. =))

The room upon receipt is clean and tidy. Right in front of the main road. Near the night market, many other eateries. But when you want to clean the room, please call the guest when the guest is not in the room to avoid rare cases. Today, I returned to my room at around 11:30 a.m. and saw a cleaning lady in the room, I was surprised when a stranger entered the room without my knowledge. I am very upset about this.

Hài lòng lắm. Phòng sạch sẽ thơm tho và mới được free trà và cà phê nè, quan trọng là nằm ngay trung tâm sát bên cạnh chợ đêm đi vài bước là tới. nên chọn khi lần đầu đến phú quốc để trải nghiệm

Khách sạn đẹp, anh lễ tân vui vẻ dễ thương nhiệt tình. Khách sạn có dịch vụ cho thuê xe máy nên rất tiện. Vị trí sát chợ đêm đi bộ vài bước là tới. Chỉ có 1 điểm trừ là nhà vệ sinh hơi hôi, còn lại mọi thứ đều rất tốt.

Sàn nhà bụi, Phòng tắm bẩn, nhân viên dọn dẹp không sạch , còn rác thừa , thành bồn nhìu cức thằn lằn. Mong kháchsạn cải thiện

The place is very nice and tidy. We got a room on the 5th floor overlooking the beach so the view and lighting are amazing. Also the service is great, the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Definitely gonna come back again if I had a chance.

Firstly, I check in at 12am in the room which has city view, I can see the beach; But I found that the AC didn't work; I called the staff but after 15mins, nobody came in our room check the problems; It was too hot to stay in a room without AC; So I decided to go to the lobby to as the hotel 's staff; He gave me the key and change my room without explanation; But the changed one didn't have the same view. I didn't enjoy it; Felt like they had known everything and had plans on it.

Great location, right next to night market. Room was small, nice but extremely smelly. The staff was unfriendly but agreed to change us to another room (he already knew that room was smelly but somehome they still didn't fix it before check in). Wouldn't go back!
