From the reception to the rooms, from the views to the exceptional service, and from the delicious daily breakfast to dinner under the stars every detail is curated to perfection. The staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure you feel genuinely valued and taken care of.
As someone who has traveled across North America and Europe, I can honestly say that the level of hospitality here is rare. In many places, you often feel like just another guest. At Moire Hoi An, you feel like royalty. You’re not just getting great service, you’re experiencing what hospitality should be.
Both my wife and I were genuinely thrilled with our stay (April 2025). The resort’s atmosphere, warmth, and attention to detail made it one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever had. We’re absolutely coming back. Staying here is more than just a getaway, it’s a pleasure.

We enjoyed our stay! Great location by the river, ancient town is just across the bridge, we could walk all day! We also stayed in and enjoyed the hotel, beautiful sunset by the pool. Clean and very comfortable room too!

Could not have imagined a more conveniently located property. It is right across the bridge from the hustle and bustle of the old town’s core, less than a 2 min walk, but once inside it feels like you’re in a different world.
We had been staying at more boutique properties throughout our Vietnam trip and the service was a tad more impersonal than other places we experienced (though still kind and efficient and very friendly) but I think that is something you can expect from a property that is now managed by an international company.

A quiet oasis in the bustling city of Hoi An yet a quick walk over a bridge to the markets and restaurants. Superior breakfast buffet which is included and such helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend.

This is an amazing property in Hoi An! The staff are incredible - they could not have been more accommodating and helpful. And they were always smiling! The river view king suite was undoubtedly the best location with a fantastic view of Old Town. We enjoyed our patio everyday. It is an easy walk over the bridge into Old Town for shopping or dining. Definitely would stay here again.

The room was lovely, the staff in the restaurants and housekeeping were fabulous! The hotel is centrally located. Loved that they had bikes that you could ride all around. It would’ve helped though if the front desk had maps to give out.

If you wanna have a real Hanoi experience, this is the place. It is so central to everything. The staff are excellent. Had a great massage in the hotel. Clark who helped me check in was amazing. He walked down a couple blocks to my taxi because the street was closed as a pedestrian mall for the night. Gave me tons of recommendations - Hanoi is just a super interesting place - don’t miss the roof bar. The hotel is not for Marriott rewards club members like me, but if you want to experience what Hanley itself is like for the few days you were here this is a great option

The Moire is a lovely hotel and conveniently located near Old Town Hoi An. Our room had been recently renovated and was very spacious. The breakfast buffet was extensive. Staff were extremely helpful. This is the best place to stay in Hoi An.

On a adoré cet hôtel. Endroit très relaxant avec vue sur la rivière. Parfait pour visiter les le vieux quartier à pied. Tout l’hôtel est extrêmement propre et bien décoré. La piscine est magnifique et la chambre était zen et silencieuse. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet avec très très bon café.
Tout le staff est vraiment gentil et souriant.
L’hôtel nous a trouvé un guide français rapidement pour visiter My Son dans la journée. Super séjour!!

The location is good, walkable to town. However we felt house keeping didn’t do good job. Our room had cigarette box and lighter at outdoor area and our friend next door room, toilet wasn’t sanitary.

Love this location! Anytime I travel to Hoi An, I stay here. Would like for them to bring back the local snacks (free) at with reservations but that doesn't take away the awesome customer service. The staff are wonderful and the hotel is VERY clean.
