I arrived early morning (6am), unfortunately no rooms were available so I was waiting in reception area. I was asked to move out of sight which I thought was rather rude but about 10am the reception manager approached me and advised that they would be able to check me in at 10:30. Best news ever. The room was spacious, unfortunately the “double” bed was two singles pushed together and the gap was felt very much. Additionally the bed sheets were two single sheets placed horizontally across two vertical mattresses (?). Made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The view from my balcony was straight into the windows of the neighbouring hotel - I have witnessed some indecency, but that’s not the hotels fault. The breakfast was fantastic, plenty of choice. Unfortunately did not make good use of the pool due to poor weather, but the sauna facilities did not seem to be operating either? Overall, I am quite happy with the convenience of the location and the value for money. I would recommend.

Our room was upgraded so we had a balcony with a lovely view on the 26th floor. We enjoyed the view. The hotel’s location was great for us. We were near restaurants, coffee spots, the beach, and the fruit market. Good stuff. 🎉

Centrally located, beautiful hotel, though our room has no view, but still spacious. Don't like the shower water running out and into the vanity floor. Didn't try out the swimming pool, since it's very windy that evening, and the pool water was cold. We really like the breakfast, it has the most varieties of food. Please keep this standard of supply, we will be back when we will be in Nha Trang next time. Very helpful staff, from front desk to bell boy to dining room staff.
