Stayed for 3 days which I extended to the 4th night. This is a seriously good hotel very helpful friendly staff. Clean and efficient. I had some ants foraging in my room and they were exterminated within 5 minutes. Its in a quiet area of town and the local food bars around the corner are great and the prices are a steal(just to be clear you are stealing from them).
This hotel is built of marble and well maintained roomy. Been travelling for about 6 months now and this is the best hotel I have stayed in for this price in that time. I am going back there for 6 months in July 2018.
A less positive note : bottled water is not free here and its 3 times the cost of water from the bakery opposite the road. Advice leave minibar alone take your drinks from outside

Bad facilities, bad service. The air conditioner breaks down to 16 degrees, but the whole night is still sweating. Cleaning the room only folds the blanket and changes 2 towels (there should be 2 small towels, but take it away without changing). Enthusiastic attitude employees don't solve problems for guests. Room without hair dryer does not replace bath oil shampoo (at 2 nights). Do not provide filtered water. There is never a second time that anyone who does not want to be bothered to buy it will avoid this hotel!

Old rooms, appliances in the old room, rent a motorbike for a little while also take into account the 150k day to the next day, not like other hotels counting 24 hours from the time of the next hire, and don't want to come here anymore.

The hotel room was very mysterious and foul, there was no soap in the bathroom, no shampoo and no comb. Bad chamber work, air conditioning turned on by default does not turn off, no increase or decrease in temperature. The receptionist phone called to the room to ring but picked up the phone and could not hear it. Be friendly with each receptionist and guard.

Toilet toilet lid without buttons. Air conditioner turns on in the evening until cold in the morning. Loose power outlet cannot charge the phone. Wifi is extremely weak. Bad breakfast. The receptionist was not friendly except the security guard and she cleaned the room nicely

The staff is not enthusiastic (you ca morning, you are ok) wifi is not accessible, the blanket is itchy, the room is very noisy. only drink 2 out of 3 bottles but charge 4) my mother's room is correct, although not worth much but it is not professional! Hope you will fix the above points.
