Terms & Conditions of Kasikorn Bank installment
- Installment plans are available for transactions with a minimum amount of THB 3,000.
- Your bank will process your installments within 14 working days. If your credit card statement was printed during this period, you may see the full transaction fee in your statement. Please ignore this as the correct amount will be printed on your next monthly statement.
- Valid for bookings through Traveloka App minimum version 2.9 and the desktop or mobile version of www.traveloka.com.
- Transaction in installment is refundable according to the product refund policy. However, Traveloka Installment Fee cannot be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed in line with Traveloka’s policy and may be issued either to the original card limit or through bank transfer.
- All installment requests and processes are final and cannot be cancelled. Please note that request for an installment cannot be done via Traveloka Customer Service.
- Only available for Kasikorn Bank credit card holders with Visa, Mastercard, and JCB logo.
- Any regulations of installment conversion shall be governed by and subject to the fundamental terms and conditions as determined by the Kasikorn Bank.

Terms & Conditions of Krung Thai Card (KTC) installment
- Installment plans are available for transactions with a minimum amount of THB 3,000.
- Installment fee is charged by Traveloka.
- Installments are only available for KTC credit cards with Visa, Mastercard, and JCB logo.
- Valid for bookings through Traveloka App minimum version 2.9 and the desktop or mobile version of www.traveloka.com.
- Installment fee cannot be refunded.
- Requesting a refund will not automatically cancel your plan, so you will need to pay the remaining amount (if any) after receiving your refund.
- Your bank will process your installments within 14 working days. If your credit card statement was printed during this period, you may see the full transaction fee in your statement. Please ignore this as the correct amount will be printed on your next monthly statement.
- All installment requests and processes are final and cannot be cancelled. Please note that request for an installment cannot be done via Traveloka Customer Service.

What is Credit Card Installment?
At Traveloka, credit card holders have a flexibility to pay in installments. We offer multiple installment tenures: 3 months, 4 months, 6 months, and 10 months. The installment facility is provided by the relevant bank.
How can I pay in installments?
Make a booking at Traveloka, then choose Credit Card Installment as your payment method. Then, select the plan which you prefer and click "Pay Now" to proceed.
Will I be charged with an additional fee?
Yes. Installment Fee, which amount will depend on your chosen tenure, is already included in your monthly bill. However, we also offer 0% installments with our promo! To stay updated, visit Traveloka Promo Page and enjoy your interest-free installment.
May I know the list of existing bank partners?
We are currently partnering with Kbank, Krungthai Card, UOB Thailand, Thanacart Bank, Bangkok Bank, Central the 1 Credit Card, Bank of Ayudhya, Siam Commercial Bank.
Why did my installment payment transaction fail?
The bank issuing your credit card will check your balance first, then convert it to a monthly Installment Fee. Please ensure that your have sufficient credit card balance before performing the transaction.
Why was I charged the full amount in my credit card statement?
This could happen when your monthly statement was printed before the installment request had been processed by the bank, which usually takes place within max. 14 days after your transaction date. You may ignore this as the correct installment amount will be printed in your next statement. Installment plans are available for transactions with a minimum amount of THB 3,000. However, if after 14 days you are still charged the full amount, please contact Traveloka Customer Service or your bank directly.
Can I request a refund if I pay in installment?
It depends on the product refund policy. For complete information on refund, please visit Refund Procedure. All refunds must be processed through Traveloka. By submitting a refund, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Can I cancel my installment request?
Unfortunately, all installment requests and processes are final and cannot be canceled.
