Notes:
* Coverage can only be enforced in the event of an accident while the insured person is on board the aircraft, and is subject to the insurance period specified in the policy.
** Trip cancellation, if the insured person's travel is canceled or postponed due to:
1. Death or serious injury or illness of the insured person
2. Death or serious injury or illness of a family member
3. Damage to the insured person's residence due to fire, lightning, gas explosion, as well as various natural disasters
*** Flight delay, from the scheduled travel itinerary specified in the airline ticket:
For every continuous delay of 4 hours for domestic travel, or 6 hours for international travel, due to:
- Unfavorable weather conditions
- Malfunction of the airline's equipment
- Work stoppages or strikes by the airline's employees or airport personnel that render travel impossible
- Flight delays will not be covered if the airline reschedules or cancels the flight.
*** Luggage delay and missed flight, from the scheduled travel itinerary specified in the airline ticket:
For every 4-hour delay for domestic travel, or 6-hour delay for international travel.
Terms and Conditions of Policy Purchase:
- The purchaser must be a resident of Thailand and aged between 1-85 years old.
- The policy is applicable to flights departing from/arriving in Thailand only and can be used for both domestic and international travel, except for Iran, Syria, Cuba, North Korea, and Sudan.
- Upon successful booking, you will receive the insurance policy terms and conditions via email.
- Any updates or changes to the details should be notified to the insurance company before the travel date. For example, if there are changes to the travel date, incorrect personal information, etc. Failure to inform the insurance company may result in inability to claim insurance.
- The policyholder should study the benefits, declarations, exclusions, and limitations before purchasing the insurance.
