Terms and Conditions of Starlux

Booking period: 1 Jan 2021 – 31 Dec 2021

Travel period:  1 Dec 2020 – 31 Dec 2022

Promotional fares are all-inclusive of taxes and surcharges.

Promotional seats are limited on each flight and may not be available on some flights.

Promotional fares are valid for international bookings done through the latest version of Traveloka website, mobile site, and Traveloka app

The original ticket must be issued on/before 31 Dec 2021

Passengers have to submit reschedule request before 31 Dec 21

There is no limited travel date for new ticket but passengers have to travel within the validity of the ticket

Re-route cannot be requested. Starlux operates only the Bangkok – Taipei route.

The fare/tax differences caused by the change shall be paid by the passengers.

No-show fee will not be exempted if the change is not completed before the original travel date and cause no-show.

Change fee charged before this announcement is not reimbursable.

For tickets purchased via travel agencies, please contact the original issuing agency for ticket change.

Valid for transactions in THB only.

Any modifications or cancellations made to the confirmed reservation may be subjected to additional charges according to the airline’s policy.
