Terms and Conditions
1.
The Company reserves the rights to give cashback and extra points to eligible cardholders who fulfill spending criteria specified by the Company on 1 Oct 2020 – 31 Jan 2021 at participating categories being in the system of Visa, MasterCard, and JCB only
2.
Participating categories are Dining category (excluding spending from MK Restaurants, MK Gold, MK Live and MK Delivery since 1 Dec 2020 – 31 Jan 2021), Supermarket category, and Domestic Travel (is Participated Airline; AirAsia, Thai Lion Air, Nok Air, Thai Smile, Bangkok Airways which direct payment with airline only, Participated Online Travel; Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Klook, KKDay, Traveloka, Trip.com, Traveligo, TookTrip, Rentalcar.com, Ascend Travel, Hotel and Restaurant at hotel in Thailand , and Car Rental in Thailand

*Point redemption is limited at 1 time per category per primary card account per week (Monday – Sunday). Dining category; spending 1,000 baht per sales slip and redeemed 1,000 points, get 150 baht cashback. Supermarket category; spending 1,500 baht per sales slip and redeemed 1,500 points, get 225 baht cashback. Domestic Travel; spending 2,500 baht per sales slip and redeemed 2,500 points, get 375 baht cashback

The Company will give cashback in the next week after the spending and redemption are completed (cashback of supplementary card will transfer to primary card only)
5.
Point redemption must be completed after spending via UChoose Application only within spending week (Monday – Sunday). Points will be redeemed (from the credit card account) on the redemption date and can neither be cancelled nor transferred or exchanged for cash.
6.
The Company reserves the rights to give point redemption for primary credit card account only. Mobile phone number must match with company system only. To change, please contact credit card customer service number at the back of the card.
7.
**Extra points provided under this promotion is limited at 10,000 points per primary credit card account per month and maximum at 40,000 points per primary account throughout campaign period (Spending will be calculated both from spending of primary card and supplementary card)
8.
Registration within payment date during 1 Oct 2020 – 31 Jan 2021 via UChoose Application or SMS; type KMC (space) followed by 16-digit-card number and send to 081 - 927 - 9999 and wait for confirmation message. (service fee depends on your operator). Register only one time per campaign to receive extra points throughout the campaign period. System will be calculated spending as conditions since the date of confirmed registration message
9.
Extra points will be calculated from accumulated spending at participating categories every 10,000 baht per month, get 1,000 extra points (maximum at 10,000 extra points per month)
10.
Extra points will only be credited to primary credit card account in the next month after the spending and redemption are completed. Extra points will show in statement of primary credit card account (extra points of supplementary card will transfer to primary card only)
11.
Eligible credit card payment or spending under this promotion must be full paid at participating categories only in Thai Baht within promotion period only. Interests, fines, fees, spending from cancelled transactions, spending from transactions of returned goods, spending from department store and plaza, spending in foreign currency, Spending from GrabPay, Foodpanda, LineMan, HappyFresh during 1 Oct 2020 – 31 Jan 2021 and spending via True Money Wallet, Dolfin Wallet, Rabbit LinePay, Airpay during 1 Oct 2020 – 31 Jan 2021, Spending from MK Restaurants, MK Gold, MK Live and MK Delivery during 1 Dec 2020 – 31 Jan 2021, and spending from installment transaction (Krungsri Smart Plan) will not be deemed to be eligible spending for calculating extra points
12.
Cashback and extra points can neither be transferred nor exchanged for cash
13.
This campaign cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion
14.
The Company reserves the rights to give cashback and extra points to the card member whose payment history is normal unit the date of the receipt of cashback and extra points
15.
The Company reserves the rights to claw back the cashback and extra points from the card member in case of refunded/void transaction.
16.
The Company reserves the rights to rely on information obtained by the Company. The cardholders should keep evidence of program participation and sales slip for future reference
17.
The Company is not responsible for goods and services, any issues in connection with goods or services must be raised to sellers or distributors or service providers only.
18.
The conditions are as specified by the Company. In the event of disputes, the Company has an absolute right to make the final decision.
19.
The Company reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice. Please see additional terms and conditions from other media of the Company
