Discount Terms and Conditions
1.
This privilege is exclusively for cardmembers who make payments via all types of Krungsri Consumer credit cards and loan cards after collecting the promo code and booking through https://www.traveloka.com/en-th/promotion/krungsriinstallment.
2.
Members must enter the discount code before proceeding with the installment payment only.
3.
Receive a 200 THB discount with a minimum installment payment of 8,000 THB per booking number and by specifying the designated discount code.
4.
The 200 THB discount is limited to 200 codes throughout the campaign and 20 codes per week.
5.
Receive a 1,000 THB discount with a minimum installment payment of 25,000 THB per booking number and by specifying the designated discount code.
6.
The 1,000 THB discount is limited to 50 codes throughout the campaign and 5 codes per week.
General Terms and Conditions
•
Usage Limit: Limited to 1 discount code per booking ID.
•
Monthly Limit: Limited to 2 discount codes per card number per month.
•
Campaign Limit: Maximum total discount of 2,400 THB per card number throughout the promotional period.
•
Cancellations: In case of a transaction cancellation, the processing time is at least 5 business days.
•
Currency: Applicable for payments in Thai Baht (THB) only.
•
Channels: Valid for bookings made via both the website and application.
•
Non-exchangeable: This discount cannot be exchanged for cash.
•
Rights Reservation: Traveloka reserves the right to suspend future discount privileges for customers who violate the terms and conditions or misuse the promotion.
•
Misuse Definition: Misuse of the promotion includes erroneous usage, fraud, or actions taken for business interests.
•
Liability: Traveloka reserves the right not to be responsible for replacing discounts or codes that are suspended, canceled, or used incorrectly, whether due to fraud or technical issues.
•
Service Agreements: Other service terms and conditions are determined by the service provider.
•

Regulation: Conditions are as specified by the Company and Traveloka.

Benefit Suspension/Recovery: The Company reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or reclaim benefits (including reward points) or charge the cardmember's account for the value of the benefits received in cases of:

o Error in granting benefits.
•
o Post-transaction cancellation or payment refusal (either full or partial).
•
o Spending resulting from credit balance payments or temporary credit limits.
•
o Dishonest, fraudulent, or deceptive participation to obtain benefits.
•
o Use of the credit card for commercial purposes or purchasing goods/services from merchants in which the cardmember has a direct or indirect interest.
•
o Misuse of the card contrary to its intended purpose for purchasing goods/services, or violation of the credit card/personal loan agreement (as applicable).
•
o Transactions related to Digital Assets or Cryptocurrency.
•
Lenders: Credit services are provided by Krungsri Ayudhya Card Co., Ltd., Ayudhya Capital Services Co., Ltd., General Card Services Ltd., and Lotus's Money Services Co., Ltd.
•
THB 200 Discount: Receive a THB 200 discount with a minimum spend of THB 8,000 on Flights, Hotels, Xperience, Car Rental, and Airport Transfer (excluding insurance or extra fees) within the same booking ID.
•
THB 1,000 Discount: Receive a THB 1,000 discount with a minimum spend of THB 25,000 on Flights, Hotels, Xperience, Car Rental, and Airport Transfer (excluding insurance or extra fees) within the same booking ID.
•
App Version: Valid only for bookings made via Traveloka App version 3.20.0 (Android/iOS) or higher.
•
Package Exclusion: These discount coupons are not applicable for Flight + Hotel package bookings.
•
Single Use: Each coupon is valid for a one-time use per Traveloka user during the promotion period.
•
Eligibility: This promotion is exclusively for cardholders who make payments using any type of Krungsri Consumer credit or financing cards.
•
Currency: This promotion is valid for transactions made in Thai Baht (THB) only.
•
Cancellation Policy: If a booking is canceled or refunded for any reason, the used discount coupon cannot be refunded, replaced, or reused.
•
Booking Period: Valid for bookings made from 1 May 2026 – 30 June 2026.
•
Travel/Stay Period: Valid for any travel, stay, or visit period.
•
Non-Combination: This discount coupon cannot be combined with any other discount coupons.
•
Points Eligibility: Bookings made using these discount coupons are not eligible to earn Traveloka Points.
•
Refund Calculation: Any refund will be calculated based on the actual amount paid after the discount, not the original price.
