Spending with all types of KTC VISA/ MASTERCARD/ JCB/ UNIONPAY gets 1 point from every THB. 25. It excludes all spending mentioned in (2.) of which every 1,000 KTC FOREVER points is equal THB. 100 cash, unless otherwise stated in particular scheme or promotion or marketing, case by case.

KTC reserve the right to change items of products/services/shops/stores of which participate the scheme, details of KTC FOREVER points and its value to redeem for and/or to pay for products/services according to appropriate period and conditions, including expiry date of KTC FOREVER points according to conditions defined.

KTC FOREVER points will be cancelled or ended with cases as follows;

Cardmembers with active membership of KTC VISA/ MASTERCARD/ JCB/ UNIONPAY and have no default on payment/expense during defined period, have not broken any agreement with KTC, or whose KTC CREDIT CARDS was terminated with any reason at all on the date they request for privilege, are eligible to redeem KTC FOREVER points for and/or to pay for products/services in the KTC FOREVER points scheme and/or transfer the KTC FOREVER points between KTC CREDIT CARDS of the same cardmembers or cardmembers with same surname.

Cardmembers can transfer the KTC FOREVER points between KTC CREDIT CARDS of the same cardmembers or cardmembers with same surname according to conditions defined, but in the case of cardmembers wish to cancel any KTC CREDIT CARDS of themselves, they have to transfer the KTC FOREVER points between KTC CREDIT CARDS of the same cardmembers or cardmembers with same surname prior to the cancellation, or else the KTC FOREVER points in the mentioned credit card account will be automatically terminated once the credit card was cancelled.

Distribution, service, delivery, installation, maintenance, quality control and guarantee, after-sales service, including responsibility for damage or default of products/services in the KTC FOREVER points scheme are all under responsibility of the distributors/service providers. Cardmembers can directly contact the shops/stores. KTC is not involved in all mentioned activities with the shops/stores participating in the KTC FOREVER points scheme at all.
