Refund Okay will give your money back of 80% for flight tickets only, not including ancillaries (e.g., baggage, in-flight meals, baggage wrap)
Refund Okay will give 80% of the refund back when refund requests are submitted at least 24 hours before the flight’s departure.
For refund requests submitted less than 24 hours before departure, regular refund policy from the airline will apply.
Refunds may be returned in cash, travel credits, Traveloka vouchers, or Traveloka Points, or in any combination of these. This will be determined in accordance with the airline’s latest refund policy.
Eligible for Thailand residents.
Applicable only for transactions in Thai Baht (TH).
Applicable for all refund reasons.
Applicable for partial refund (e.g. refund for only one route of a round-trip flight), subject to the airline’s approval and if all tickets have not been used.
Not applicable if the passenger has checked in.
Not applicable if one or more of the tickets has been used.
Not applicable if a refund or reschedule request has been made directly to the airline.
Not applicable if changes have been made by the passenger, via the airline. Changes include but are not limited to changes in the passenger’s details (e.g. name, title) and flight routes.
Not applicable to Points and coupons. Any Points or coupons redeemed for the purchase will not be refunded.
Applicable for all payment methods.
Traveloka reserves the right to cancel any refund request or process deemed to be misused.
Misuse of Refund Okay is defined as any event in which Traveloka believes the use or the process was fraudulent or done for commercial gain.
