If you want to spend family time, it can be a recommendation.

I bought 11 tickets, and only 10 could be exchanged, Jungleland let it go, and said please complain to the app, and finally I bought another CASH ticket on location, and the fate of my 1 ticket was unclear and it was not returned.

The game is really fun, I really like it and the queue isn't long either.

We visited on a weekday, so there were no queues. The kids loved it, but unfortunately, some of the rides were out of service (under maintenance). Luckily, there was a buy-one-get-one-free ticket promotion from Traveloka, so it was worth it.

Sign information really big, staff so helpful.

Buy tickets via the app, it's cheaper and more practical.

Buying tickets on the app during school holidays is totally worth it. The kids are happy, and Mom is happy because she's getting a budget-friendly vacation. Redeeming tickets on-site is very easy.

There are few rides. For a buy-one-get-one ticket, it's quite fun. However, if it were the regular price (not buy-one-get-one), it wouldn't be worth it.

The rides are okay, some of them aren't working. The main rides are all working. The kids love it. Getting a buy 1 get 1 free ticket is more economical.

The staff is trustworthy. I left my tablet behind, but it was safe and I immediately looked for it and finally found it.

The quality of the rides is poor, there are several unused covers, and the rides are incomplete, not very crowded

The kids were very happy, this was our 3rd time on holiday at Jungleland.

The information about the Edeem ticket is not very clear, I had to buy 2x4 tickets because the first one was invalid.

Atmosphere/Facilities: at that time there were many groups coming because it was a weekend, the rides were quite varied, the facilities were quite complete, there were toilets and a mosque Service: the staff were friendly even though I went there in the afternoon Cleanliness: maintained Highlights: I came around 2 pm on a weekend and it had just drizzled so the waiting time for the rides wasn't too long, the downside was that there were some rides that I hadn't tried but they were still fun! Price: cheaper because I bought tickets at traveloka and got a buy 1 get 1 promo, thank you traveloka😊
