The staff were very helpful, from the ticket counter to the rides. The descriptions of the animal species, their diet, and their habitats were very helpful in understanding all the animals on the rides. What we were really looking forward to was taking photos with the animals, especially the tigers, but unfortunately, the photo-taking service has been removed and replaced with animal feeding. If you're tired of walking around, you can take a break by taking a boat ride around the pelican pond. Today's exciting vacation was made even more exciting by having rides available along the way to enjoy the animals.

The staff at the location were friendly, making ticket exchanges easy. The tour is suitable for everyone from young children to adults. You can get to know the animals better, and if you choose the drive-thru option, you can feed them too. This is a highly recommended family tour!

A suitable place for children to play and learn about animals, you can swim and there are lots of spots and cafes.

It's a shame that the animals we used to be able to see and interact with up close have to be paid for with a drive-thru.
