The swimming pool is nice but during the holidays it gets full, but it's fun, my kids enjoy the slides

My first and last time here, my bag was really searched all the way down in a rough manner. Pulled from bottom to top, the contents of the bag were all out and there were a lot of my belongings and my children's underwear, some of my things were broken and the only thing that was photographed was my child's hair lotion. Yes, I know I was wrong because I brought food from outside, but that was my baby's food to eat here, if baby porridge is sold here, it's okay, but please ask first until the small bottle of Aqua was confiscated. At first I wanted to leave because I couldn't accept the treatment of Ms. Yuni (the security staff who ransacked my bag) and the man, because my child was already crying so I had no choice but to go in. At first I was too lazy to go in because it was too complicated here when it coincided with school holidays, my suggestion is please give me a little leeway because later customers will also buy food inside 🙏🏻.

There was a problem when redeeming the voucher in the application, it kept failing, but the staff was very helpful, we were still given the option to print the ticket manually first. After finishing playing, when I checked my cellphone, the status was that it had been successfully redeemed.

The best time to go to Citraland is before 9 am so you can get a gazebo. It's more for kids. There are only 2 slides for adults.

the price is really really reasonable. it perfect to bring a little and a short gateaway especially during a hot day.
