Thank God, everything was fun, bringing the whole family from toddlers to the elderly, it was really good. Everyone was happy.

It's so cool, the further you go, the more animals there are. Every corner is clean, there are prayer rooms in several places, there are lots of seats, and there are also lots of trash cans. The staff is very responsive. It's definitely worth it if you want to come here.

It's really great that the online ticket purchasing and ticket exchange routes are different, so you could say it's a fast track, no queues, you know?😂🤏🏻

It was so much fun there. The air was really cool, and the exchange process was hassle-free. There were lots of shows. Plus, I went there with RI 2, so it was really fun. The safari was also great. The lions were huge, there was plenty of food, and the prices were affordable. Thank you.

The place is fun. It's also clean and the animals are quite complete. It's a shame there aren't any pandas, so it'd be like Safari Bogor. Awesome, I'll go hiking there again next time.

The staff are all nice, any questions are answered well, it's very clean, the bathroom is the cleanest and nicest in the zoo, it's safe, it's elderly and baby friendly.

Ticket exchange is fast, there's no queue, and it's a comfortable place to bring babies. Plus, there's a tiger cafe where you can eat while watching tigers.

Buy the access package for 5 rides, honestly worth it. With many rides, for adults out of 5 rides can use 4 of them. Because for the pony ride only can be for children up to 50 kg. But overall the experience of going around there is very enjoyable ☺️

A must-visit for kids when visiting Lembang. The place is quite spacious, there are many animals and most importantly, there are many clean sinks and toilets.

It's very nice here, but I think I prefer to come here on weekdays because during peak season on weekdays it's quite crowded, what about on weekends? because there are many animals, for facilities such as toilets and prayer rooms, there are almost every corner. the most + is that there are sinks in every corner of the place so you don't need to worry if you've finished feeding the animals or your hands are dirty and you need to wash them.

so worth it esp on public holiday/weekends for foreigner..the on site ticket at the counter far more expensive..they have dedicated counter for online redemption...animals are well kept n the kids loved it

It's soooooo spacious.. it's fun to come here, even though it's raining, there are raincoats for sale for 5 thousand. The most exciting thing is riding a caged car around wild animals.
