In my personal experience, I encountered some issues picking up tickets at the ticket counter because the contact person was difficult to reach. But I was eventually contacted, and there were no issues afterward. The food voucher included in this package can be picked up at Kebun Penglipuran Cafe. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is beautiful.

Unlike other tickets that can be scanned immediately, it's better to buy tickets on the spot because the seller can't necessarily be contacted on the day, so yesterday I was forced to buy tickets on the spot again.
