Boarding from SkyAvenue was completely hassle-free, even on a Sunday. Carry-on luggage and backpacks are also free. The cable car ride is smooth, and the information boards are clear.

Don't go to Genting during a public holiday in Malaysia, as it will be very crowded. I queued for 1.5 hours to ride the SkyWay.

Too crowded and long wait, worst of all, there are no buses back to the city. Got on but there was no bus back. Like leaving the child at the market.

You should go on weekdays. I went on the weekend and it was a vacation so it was very crowded. I had to wait in line for nearly 3 hours to get to the cable car. Those who want to buy tickets in advance should consider it.
