A good place for relaxation... soaking in the multiple pools provided by Lets Relax Follow the instructions after that and you will feel extraordinary relaxation

Sauna is quite ok, located on the 5th floor of the hotel. The onsen bath area is large and airy.

I enjoyed it thoroughly. The changing room is big, The indoor pools' temperature ranges from 16°, 38° and 40°. They are cold bath, silk bath (superb) and mineral bath And there are 2 garden pools, sleeping jet bath, which requires a button to turn on the jet, and soda bath (36°C), which this one, to my experience, wasn't as soda-ish as I imagined. I didn't see any bubbles on my skin when I dipped. There are also sauna and steam room. Do know that we are all nude while in the onsen, but its all normal, no one was judging our looks or weight there (that's in Hollywood - not onsen ^o^) The staff were nice, the sales person in the lobby will try to offer you very expensive lotion haha. And there are 3 areas where I wore jinbei, cold relaxing room, stonebed room and another resting room. Must visit ^_^

Spent the whole day in the onsen. There was a large variety baths. Facilities were well maintained. It really felt like I was transported to Japan.

Whole onsen facility is set up as those in Japan. Will be.provided with towel and hukata Clean and offers different types of pool with sauna and steam. Quite spacious making it very comfortable, can soak in tranquility as the pools are.not.crowded with people. Highly recommend

There is an ATK test before using the service. But the service users are too crowded for the covid era. Each pool has about 2-5 people.

As for good service, the facilities that you want to use are very good. But the staff has no knowledge of the voucher that customers buy. It's a 2-for-1 package, but has a single QR code, making them unsure of whether to use it or not. Had the same experience twice.

Very good service staff have privacy The onsen here is nice to soak and relax. Next time there is a chance to come back to use the service again.
