1 The front desk service is terrible.
2 It's better to go to Ando & Yun's others, too crowded here, especially during the pandemic, you don't want to have human contact too much, do you?
3. Even though it's already on the appointment time but the work is not done on time. Chronology:
A. Appointment 3 o'clock.
B. Until the location at 3 o'clock, wait 30 minutes to wash your hair
C. Wash hair at 3.34 to 3.37
D. 3:40 pm still have to wait to cut it UP TO 4:15 PM
Literally wasting your time like 1 hour at the salon and wash your hair 3 minutes
E. At 4:15 p.m., dry until 4:27 p.m. ... wait some more ...
F. Finally cut the hours from 16.43 to 17.05 ...
So, you guys, evaluate how long the time has been waste waiting.
If the time management is not good like this, don't even make the appointment at the first place, it makes no difference who walk-in as promised ... so save your money babe and go elsewhere.
4. The results are just the same as other Ando n yun. More or less the same who is less crowded.
5. Don't expect a lot of service especially those who use Traveloka vouchers
6. Overhype, overprice, and overrated.
7. Washing the hair is not clean, don't know whether it's in a hurry or what.
8. My suggestion: try to improve the time and people management, make a booking quota per day and walk-in forecasting data, especially on weekends. Too poor the stylist, I literally didn't seem to go to the toilet (I was handling it at that time)
REMEMBER: When you don't value someone's time, do not expect people to value your time either, let alone your service.
