Overall, I have never been disappointed with Airin's service and treatment, everything is the best, it's just that I had time to grouse because of the latest redeem process, from the first to use a barcode to the newest, just swipe it, maybe you need to socialize again from Airin to his staff about the latest redeem provisions. Apart from that everything is satisfying.
