Different massage skills between therapists... In this session, I got a therapist that is not really good at performing the massage.

good experiences and the facilities are good quality! but the staff is only a few and there is no cashier staff standing by so a little bit leaves the client to pick up the phone at the front desk / serve new clients who want to book treatment so they don't enjoy each time they are left

The reflexology treatment was quite painful even though I asked my therapist to lessen the pressure. But I came with a backache n it was gone after I finished the treatment n I slept better that night. What I don't like is the therapist interrupted the treatment n left a few times, a few mins each time, but she finished right on schedule without substituting the time she was away. As per HQ instructions, they no longer washed customers' feet n soaked them in warm water. No face acupressure, arm massage n head massage too. I used to love the head massage n face acupressure, so I found that very disappointing, given the expensive price charged. Won't come back... there are better places in Surabaya west.

At the end of the session, ginger tea will be served as a complement. For those who like tougher massage immediately tell the officer yes.
