I've read a few negative reviews about Sozo, until I was curious. I came alone and evaluated it. No upselling, the doctor, Dr. Ghea, is friendly. The therapist is good, the clinic is very comfortable. For those who bring children, no worries, toddlers can run around in front of the clinic, the toilet is super comfortable and clean. I didn't find anything that made me regret it, the doctor doesn't seem rushed, so far so good. Don't be afraid to come to Sozo!!! I'm not a buzzer. I came alone and paid for it myself. The therapist was patient and checked the laser's heat to suit our lips. Aftercare was clearly explained by the therapist. Laser results aren't visible after one treatment, so repeat treatments are necessary.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctor is also friendly and thorough in his treatment. However, IPL for acne isn't like a facial; it's just a cleansing with facial wash and then the IPL treatment. Don't think of it as an acne facial and then IPL.
