Bought 2 F1 SG tickets from app and everything went perfectly. The F1 site said tickets must be used through the F1 app and not printed, but I only got PDF tickets from app and they worked just fine at the gate! No issues entering at all. Super smooth experience and easy process from start to finish.

It was so much fun, a once in a lifetime experience.

It was really exciting, the night race really felt different, crazy, even though I was tired and had to walk a long way everywhere, it was really a great experience, thanks Traveloka for making it easier to sell tickets.

The Traveloke experience it self is very wonderful! But the F1 walkabout section was absolutely draining me out, standing for hours is not on my bingo card (actually my fault for not reading the ticket section). So if you have extra money and want some moreeeeeee comfort, just buy the seated section guys 🙏

I believed Traveloka was a trusted partner, so ever since we bought the ticket there was no hassle until we reached the venue. Our assigned seats were okay, on the top row and right in front of the big screen. During the whole event, the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The concert list was top notch, since there was no F2/F3 races/sprint. There were a lot of food options, and the water stations were everywhere too. Since we were at Zone 2, it was a long long way to reach Padang stage where most concerts were held, but still manageable.

got the seat near the podium! overall it was a good experience, no need to exchange the physical ticket since they just need to scan the qr code from e-ticket. If you plan to attend this event please bring your own tumbler, stay hydrated as many water stations will be around

It was fun, the event was neat even though it was crowded, hopefully I'll join again next year.

F1 is an event that you should not miss in your lifetime, worth time and planning to comeback for the next race

This was my first F1 experience and my first time buying the ticket via app. It was a very wonderful experience from the purchasing journey to the event day itself. I would highly recommend fans purchase the F1 passes via app in the future!
