Good, everything is okay as expected.

From ticket exchange to the gate, it's very far. You have to take the shuttle up to 5 times. Please improve this in the future.

The experience is okay, but please make it a condition that the parking fee is so expensive that you have to pay 20k for motorbike parking, after that the entry and exit process does not pay attention to the ticket, if it is lost who is responsible

The information needs to be clarified to avoid misunderstandings, as online tickets still have to be exchanged for physical tickets. Because the information wasn't clear, I went straight to the circuit and found out I had to exchange them. The distance between the bazaar and the circuit is quite far, which also disappointed me because it took time to travel back and forth.

It's fun and good, but for the merchandise, the shops are limited, only Madalika and Pertamina merchandise. And merchandise like fan bases for the racers are not available. There are no umbrella girls either. Unlike Malaysia, there are umbrella girls and many Malaysian merchandise shops in Sepang.

On Friday it was unclear where we could sit, because only gate 1 was open. Crowd control could barely speak English and a few couldn’t speak it at all. So it was quite chaotic, however overall it was still okay. Mostly because of the MotoGP, it’s a fun circuit.
