i think it'll be better if they synchronize the operation hours between clinic and traveloka. i booked for Feb 7th, but ended up taking test on Feb 8th because when i came to clinic on 3pm, they said they've closed since 2pm, and told me to came back on the next day. the result came out late. i need to wait for 48h, but no problem since they informed me before, plus the reason it's late because the samples on lab was overload.

Fast service and why is the test place outside?

the description of the antigen test service hours is not clear/specific, only the general opening hours of the clinic are mentioned. So when I arrived I couldn't be served immediately, even though I also had many other needs.

Not satisfying, service is not good

I ordered a rapid voucher at Traveloka for a test at Kimia Farma Citra Gran. But their side told me to forward Traveloka email to them on the grounds that they could not process the redeem (obviously this is not my business). If you want a rapid test here, it's better to pay cash instead of buying vouchers on Traveloka because I think it's more practical to buy at Traveloka, and don't know the zonk.
