Just bad service on the WhatsApp contact center. Slow response and they’re not even trying to understand what we actually asked. One of the PCR results was not sent to the phone number given, we tried to contact bumame and unfortunately only available on WhatsApp & that’s it! No result at all! So annoying! Fortunately, we have one friend who work at bumame (but different city) and he tried to contact bumame branch that we took PCR. So finally we got the result but it takes so long time. Useless WhatsApp contact center!

28/01 15.00wib: antigen (promised results 30-45 minutes sent to WA & integration into care protect) 28/01 18.00wib: new antigen results are out, after almost 3 hours! & not yet integrated into Peduli Lindugi 29/01 09.50wib: flight, have to find a place to print at the airport & have to validate. (took 30 minutes) 29/01 21.30wib: Until this moment, the swab results have not been integrated into caring for protection. Is this the service of Bumame Pharmacy which is well known and very good? no. just an apology from CS (29/01 19.00wib) boom. it's free, sorry it's not enough. the impact has already happened I haven't used the bumame service twice.
