At first I was confused about not being able to contact this... After struggling to call Cs Traveloka... Finally I was given a new phone number and Allhamdulillah I could be contacted and immediately given it and came on time according to schedule. Hopefully the results can be faster than the promised time...

the admin is really awesome on whatsapp, the booking date is set on another date, then it takes a long time to reply to whatsapp

the phone number recorded on the Traveloka voucher cannot be contacted. then, CS traveloka replied to my chat for a long time asking for the partner's phone number. finally I looked for myself on the traveloka partner's website. while waiting for the PCR process, I was quite nervous because the partner gave a normative answer, even though we were racing within 1x24 hours
