The handling process is fast and responsive

I don't really understand how to redeem vouchers, so I waited a long time even though the hospital knew how. After successfully redeeming it, it turned out that the name listed for the PCR was wrong again, even though it was still early and there weren't too many patients, how could you be so careless

previously confirmed by phone, I got the info to open at 7, but when I got there the officer wasn't there yet & it turned out that it was open at 8. when I opened it, I immediately filled out the form and waited for the queue again. waiting to be called for payment and taking samples took a long time, until I complained because the new ones had been called first, it turned out that the clerk was wrong in calling the queue from the top registration form... that was funny and very unprofessional... he said the results were sent h+2 , it turns out that it can only be received on H+3, and even then, because it was on the phone and actually just sent at that time. the service must be improved once, only for pcr to have to wait for more than 2 hours, something really great.
