The redemption process was super fast. Purchasing via the app was quite good value for money, as the 140,000 Rupiah included a companion. Due to the holiday season, it was incredibly crowded. Some adult visitors were disrespectful, and the children's pretend play area was occupied for relaxing and dressing up. Children wanted to play, but they couldn't. There were also disrespectful families sitting on the floor eating HokBen inside the area. Please eat in the food court, not in the playground area. It was so crowded that no Fanpekka staff had time to reprimand them.

My first time here, although I think the timing was wrong (January 2, 2026), it was the holiday season so it was really crowded. Initially, those who bought tickets online still had to queue with those who bought OTS tickets, and it was really long. But eventually a staff member separated them, so those who bought online could get in faster. As for the games, they were more fun, my son was happier and said he wanted to come here again next time (he usually plays at the P or K playgrounds that are in almost every mall). There are lots of pretend play areas, the place is spacious. There are bathrooms inside, so you don't need to go outside. And there are paid rest areas and massage chairs for companions ✨
