Kid's loves it, not crowded, bit warm inside, need to more air circulation.

Spacious place, lots of games. Less seating for non-entry waitstaff. There should be a free waiting area inside, which is comfortable even if you don't play. Because waiting for children to play at least 1 hour.

Honestly, I was a little disappointed from the moment I arrived at the location, even though I was really excited to come here. The voucher redeem process is a bit long, it's frustrating, because the voucher is said to be valid for weekdays and I came on Saturday. Even though the ticket is valid all days, it can be anytime. After all, we still have to buy Houbi socks even though we're already wearing anti-slip socks. It feels a bit different from the treatment of members and non-members, when there was a 17's competition only members were allowed to participate, my son was disappointed. Even though the price is not much different, so it's better to buy a member for a year and it will be cheaper. And for the story telling and clay art sessions yesterday, there were none, even though the banner stated the schedule for every Saturday & Sunday. The suggestion is that in the future member tickets can be purchased through Traveloka to make it easier. For others, such as facilities, procedures, security and safety, it is quite good. Please just improve the service, don't differentiate member/non-member because everyone pays for the entry ticket which is not cheap.

Houbii is the best place for trampoline park, since moving to Bogor we are willing to come all the way from South Jakarta to Bogor to be able to play at Houbii Still, Houbii's service never disappoints. Houbii continues to maintain quality.
