The staff at the location were very helpful with the ticket exchange process, and the progress was quick. However, the admin fee is quite high compared to the original price displayed, up to 3,000, because I prefer the displayed price to include admin fees and other fees. This makes it easier to split the money when traveling with friends. 😬
