The staff’s super friendly and helpful, we also got 1 hour extra from Traveloka (total 3 hours). One time, my husband was away for maghrib prayer and we left our table and chair with our half-eaten food and my water bottle. I was in water-play section with my daughter and saw a girl 👧🏻 was eating my daughter’s french fries (I thought it was ok at first) but she came back and take one chicken nugget, bite it and put it back to the plate. The staff took a brave steps to inform the group of mothers there (one of them is the mom of the girl) and I really appreciate it (although at first I said to the staff that it’s ok no need to make a scene).

Even though it is small, the toys provided are quite varied, there is water play, sand play, etc. The children are happy, especially the waiting room is super comfortable

The front staff at the cashier are not very friendly and like to crowd around, I've been there twice. The floor is slippery and children often slip. It's strange that the playground has a slippery floor, but it happened that it wasn't my child who slipped. The toys are rarely cleaned. There are many staff but they often gather around. What about the small place but it's too expensive compared to other playgrounds.

It's a good place for children to play, but it's not as big as Gading Serpong, Tangerang. Because the place is not as wide as Gading Serpong, the restaurant area is too wide, ticket prices seem to be more expensive than regular Gading Serpong or packages.
